    Our Nourish To Fit expert is available for online consultation via Email, phone, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype or any other medium. She consults and follows up with every client on a weekly basis on their progress. We will help you create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific goals.
  • What is a consultation?
    Our consultation includes one customized diet plan and exercise regime which must be followed for a week or two depending on the health program chosen. In case of queries, you can either call or WhatsApp us or drop us an e-mail and we will respond within 24 hours.
  • Does Urvi Satra meet the clients personally?
    Yes, Urvi Satra is a renowned nutritionist in Mumbai. She is available for personal consultations at her own clinic in South Mumbai and Central Suburbs. The first consultation is done in person and later, depending on the package of the client, or when there is a need to evaluate the reports and in case desired results is not achieved, the rest of the follow-ups are planned.
  • How does this program work?
    Nourish To Fit provides a vast range of services including various weight loss plans, weight gain, weight maintenance plans and other health management plans such as pregnancy nutrition, lactation, PCOS management, diabetes management and sports nutrition. The diet is planned according to the person’s lifestyle. Urvi includes the regular food cooked at homes as well as restaurant menus in the diet. We not only provide you with diet and exercise plans, but will help you try and cure ailments and problems with food and vitamins (if required). It will be a weekly consultation so that the client stays in touch with our nutritionist throughout their program. Urvi will ensure that you lose weight in a healthy & holistic way through a series of lifestyle changes.
  • What type of diet and exercise pattern can I expect?
    Urvi understands that people who are put on very strict or restricted diets cannot sustain it for a long period. So she provides a healthy well-balanced distressing diet. The food prescribed goes along well with the food that is normally cooked at homes. We quantify the food depending on the person’s age, height, body-frame size, health ailments, medical history and lifestyle. We plan out the exercise regimen most suited to the client.
  • Is there any program targeted to lose weight on certain body parts?
    Our customized diet plans help you lose maximum fat present in the body. However, we do not target specific body parts but can help with lifestyle diseases like PCOS, Diabetes, Thyroid, insulin Resistance and so on.
  • How much weight loss/ weight gain is guaranteed?
    Any health or weight loss program cannot gauranteeany results but if you follow our weight loss tips, customized diet plan and exercise regime as advised then you will see assured results. Nourish To fit will always be your best friend and guide throughout your journey however the results will be entirely linked to your adherence to our advice as well as your body type. The results are always invariably different for all our achievers.
  • Do you provide a trial or sample diet?
    No, we do not have any trial or sample diet as we customize the entire program based on our client's assessment and requirement. Also, it take atleast 21 days to see a perceptible change if the program is followed religiously though you will start seeing the some difference from the first week itself.
  • Do you prescribe tablets or supplements to lose weight along with customized diet plan?
    No, we do not give any kind of tablets/ supplements to lose weight but, we recommend vitamins to correct deficiencies (if any). We believe in a holistic and natural / organic approach while preparing a customized diet plan. We suggest few vitamins along with a healthy well balanced diet plan and personalized exercise regime which can aid in improving your immunity, stamina, fat metabolism and basal metabolism etc. While giving a weight loss plan, we make sure that you are only losing fat; Not losing muscle, hair, skin and mind.
  • Can I eat out and still lose weight?
    Eating right is moroe important than where you eat. Our expert nutritionist provides you with a healthy dining as well as holiday survival guide which helps in sticking to your customized diet plan even when you're out.

  • Can skipping meals help me lose weight?
    No, skipping meals only increases health disordersand does not help in weight loss. Following a healthy well balanced diet plan to suit your needs and body type is ideal for weight loss. Instead of skipping one meal and eating a big meal later, break your meals in to smaller portions and have 4-6 meals a day.
  • Do you have plan for kids as well?
    Yes, we do have monthly health management plans for duration of 2- 6 months for kids which supports fat loss, weight loss, height gain, weight gain, sports nutrition and problems such as low immunity, low energy levels, low vitamin levels and hormonal problems.
  • Do you suggest any elaborate blood tests?
    We do suggest basic blood tests and the number of tests may vary depending on their current health issues, their inability to lose weight, family history or medical history, which can help us identify the reason behind your current medical issues and also tackle the vitamin deficiency too.
