Tangy Chickpea Chaat

High Protein, Low Calorie, High Fiber Meal!

Serves: 1


  • 1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup tomato, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup mix bell peppers (red, yellow, green), finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup corn

  • 1/2 cup chickpeas

For the dressing -

  • 1/2 lime juice

  • Salt as per taste

  • 1tsp black pepper powder


  • Mix it all nicely! Let it rest for 10 mins before consuming it for a better taste!


You can take this salad to the office:

  • Wrap it in roti/tortilla

  • Spread it on Khakhra/ papads

  • Eat as a side salad

  • Put it on bread and toast it

  • Give it to your kids for extra fibre
