High Protein, Low Calorie, High Fiber Meal!

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped
1/2 cup tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup mix bell peppers (red, yellow, green), finely chopped
1/4 cup corn
1/2 cup chickpeas
For the dressing -
1/2 lime juice
Salt as per taste
1tsp black pepper powder
Method:
Mix it all nicely! Let it rest for 10 mins before consuming it for a better taste!
Note:
You can take this salad to the office:
Wrap it in roti/tortilla
Spread it on Khakhra/ papads
Eat as a side salad
Put it on bread and toast it
Give it to your kids for extra fibre
