How to make Golden Drink?
1 cup of cow’s milk/ almond milk/ oat milk
1 tsp of turmeric
1 small piece of fresh ginger (grated) or ½ tsp of ginger powder
½ tsp of cinnamon powder
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp of honey
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat and allow it to simmer for about 8 - 10mins.
Strain this drink through a fine strainer.
Garnish it with a pinch of cinnamon and serve warm.
