Serving size: 2 crepes
Ingredients:
1 cup oats flour
2 tbsp semolina
2 chillies finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 1/4 cup water
2 tsp oil
Salt as per taste
Method:
Roast the oats & then grind it into a powder/ flour form.
In 1 cup of oats flour add semolina and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
Add water to make a batter.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Set the bowl aside for 15 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium high heat. Pour ladle full of the batter and spread it to make a round shape crepe.
Drizzle some oil around it and allow it to cook till it begins to leave the sides of the pan.
Now flip and cook on the other side.
Serve hot with green chutney!
